Once through the inspection lane, follow the cars out of Mexican Customs. Exit, follow signs to ZONA RIO, and stay in the left lanes. Go up the ramp, make a right onto the main street, and stay towards the right to merge smoothly. Ahead, you’ll see COSTCO. Drive past it, and you’re now on PASEO de los HEROES, the main street. Easy navigation!

Head south on either Interstate 5 or 805. These two freeways merge at the border. Once in Mexico, follow the traffic turning right along the border fence before reaching Mexican Customs. Choose a lane, pass through the control lanes, and respond to the traffic light—green means proceed, red signals a stop for inspection. Safe travels!

Keep going, and you’ll come across three traffic circles. Pass the first two, and at the third one with the Abraham Lincoln statue, you’re almost there. Look out for OFFICE DEPOT and turn right after it. A brief drive on your left, you’ll see “Farmacia Del Sol.” Right behind it, with the main entrance on the adjacent street, is our building, “Medica Norte.” You’ve arrived!
